Terms and Conditions

All Customer Orders must be paid for before your order is considered placed. All payments must be received 4 days prior to your Order Pickup Date. Current forms of payment are Venmo and PayPal.
We are not liable for any damages that may occur to your baked goods once they are picked up and/or delivered.
We do not take copy write orders. While we do our best to recreate your inspiration photos, we will not copy someone's work. There will be a few creative changes to make it the work of Emily's Gluten Free Kitchen.
As a cottage baker we are not allowed to ship items. All orders are to be picked up in Elk River, MN unless otherwise arranged.
